BOSTON CONDUCTING WORKSHOP
Donald Schleicher, August 4-9, 2025
Taught by Maestro Donald Schleicher (Northwestern University) and Dr. Silas Huff (Northern Illinois University), this 6-day intensive course takes place in beautiful Boston, Massachusetts. The course includes 50 minutes of video-recorded podium time with professional musicians, and will focus on artistic music-making, communicating music, and rehearsal technique. The course includes profession of conducting classes and guest lectures from Boston-based conductors and arts leaders. Only 15 active conductors will be accepted (first consideration goes to students who apply by December 1, 2024).
