ORCHESTRA CONDUCTING WORKSHOP
November 14-17, 2024
Taught by Maestro Jeffery Meyer and hosted by Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL), this 4-day intensive course is geared for student conductors, educational ensemble directors, and any conductor who is looking for professionals development. The workshop will focus on baton technique, score study, and body movement. Dr. Silas Huff, NIU Director of Orchestras, and Dr. Thomas Bough, NIU Director of Bands, will be assisting and leading focused sessions. Only 15 active conductors will be accepted - apply soon!
